Message	it was ~1am on a 2 lane road. Speed limit was 55, I was doing 60 with the cruise control set. He was in the left lane, and I in the right lane. When I got to about 3 car lengths behind him, he cuts in front of me back into the right lane. Naturally, I get into the left lane and pass him. I never sped up or slowed down. As soon as I got ahead of him, he turns into the left line right behind me and pulls me over. I took the next exit and pulled into a well-lit parking lot so it would be safer for him to approach the vehicle. The officer comes out and very offended asks "Do you know what the speed limit is?!". I replied "Is it not 55?". He quickly retorts, "Yes! And you were going faster than that! Why would you ever pass a marked officer's vehicle!" Im sure I was visibly shocked/confused by this statement and replied with, "Im sorry, but I dont understand how passing an officer is illegal." To which he exclaimed, "The ticket is $120, I bet youll understand that!"
